  • 2. Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of purchase for eligible items. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, with all tags attached, and in brand new condition. Please note that intimate items such as panties and hosiery are final sale for hygienic reasons.
  • 3. Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • 4. Store Credit: If you prefer, we can offer store credit for returned items. Store credit does not expire and can be used towards future purchases.
  • 5. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue.
  • 6. Customer Responsibilities: Please ensure that you carefully measure yourself and refer to our size chart before making a purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date shipping information.
  • 7. Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
